Every aspect of our life is a process. The journey from point A to point B requires some force to get there.

At times, life can be delightful while other times it may not be as pleasant. The ability of humans to face and embrace the challenges that come their way is a result of having patience. Patience is a form of strength. Recognizing this quality is a step towards healing. It enables us to conquer feelings of frustration, sorrow, stress, disillusionment, and impatience, among others. When we experience pain, our expectations are shattered. When we feel threatened, we respond with defiance and fear. Despite encountering these obstacles, we show resilience. We manage and persist. By practicing patience and maintaining composure, our inner self adjusts to attain emotional liberation. By choosing to appreciate the abundance and vitality that enter our lives, we evolve into better individuals.
