Do you eat healthy? Check. Do you exercise? Check. Do you get enough sleep? Check. Are your family and friends doing great as well? In progress. Reimagine human contact- use the phone, video chats and do occasional drive-throughs to check on loved ones. These meaningful breaks will nourish your chi while you safely navigate the pandemic. Continue to take care of you. Be healthy and strong. When this is over, you will be able to hug someone for real.
